① Clean. Cleaning work is the first thing to do in the maintenance of the axle, and it is to prepare for the maintenance work such as tightening, adjustment, and lubrication. ②Check the tightness. When performing axle maintenance operations, observe and inspect all parts of the front axle steering system of the car, especially the oil damage and looseness of the joints of the various parts, and ensure that the connection is firm and the seal is reliable.
All bolts and nuts must not be loosened, and the spring washers, flat washers, split pins, metal lock wires and lock plates that should be equipped should all be installed securely. All bolts and nuts with specified tightness should be tightened with a torque wrench as required.
③ Adjust the front axle of the car. The gear oil for summer is mainly used in the transmission system of automobiles in areas with higher temperatures, and the gear oil for cold areas is commonly used in winter and summer in cold areas. When filling grease, pay attention to whether it meets the requirements, such as high temperature or water, not using the same type of grease.
