1. Try not to walk on gravel and muddy roads: The purpose of this is to reduce the number of times that gravel hits the surface of the air spring, and to be honest, the semi-trailer air suspension is not a hard-line off-road suspension system.
2. Frequent washing of the car: Frequent washing of the car is not in appearance, but to wash the air springs of the air suspension of the four semi-trailers, the purpose is to reduce the sand on the surface of the air spring.
3. On-time maintenance: In regular maintenance, the maintenance master is instructed to lift the vehicle with a lift, check the use of the air spring and the remaining amount of desiccant, and check the use of the air pump and pipeline.
4. Self-inspection method: If you find that the vehicle has a semi-trailer air suspension that has lost its support, you can spray water and air springs with a water gun on the surface of the air spring to check if there are bubbles. If the situation is serious, you need to go to the 4S shop for repairs with a trailer; if there are no obvious bubbles, but the support is lost when the flame is turned off, you can go to the 4S shop for inspection.
